RememberTheFilter.com uses a secure payment gateway so that you never have to worry about credit card safety. RememberTheFilter.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a secure connection. Further, we do not make any personal information available to any third party. Secure Server: In order to be sure that information transferred between your browser and the RememberTheFilter.com server is secure, it is important to be aware of the security information available to you through your browser. Once you enter the Checkout process (when you're ready to purchase the items you have put into your shopping cart), your connection to our server becomes secure. To confirm this, look at the bottom part of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser) you can be sure that your information is secure. You can also ensure security by checking the URL line of your browser. When you enter the secure area of our site, the first characters of the site address will change from "http" to "https."

Return Policy: We will only accept a return if a Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging (please do not destroy the original packaging). Listed products may be returned within 15 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 20% restocking fee and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Items returned after 15 days or without an RA# are subject to a higher restocking fee and may delay processing of your credit.

Items returned without an RA# are subject to a higher restocking fee and may delay the processing of your credit.

Custom Size orders are considered special order items and may not be returned.

Shipping Damage: If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.,) immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier.

Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us or the carrier within two days of receiving the product.

Wrong Products Received: It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product or size; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping (it does rarely happen), please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will issue an RA# and return instructions. We will ship you the correct product and we will pay the shipping costs both ways.

Ordered Wrong Size/Product: If you made an error and ordered the wrong product or size (from the filters that are not Custom Sizes), and wish to return the product; you will need to e-mail us and request an RA# and return instructions.

Please DO NOT return any product that you have ordered without prior contact.

Returns of incorrectly ordered products are subject to a restocking fee. If you have ordered incorrectly, wish to reorder the correct product and return the incorrect product, your restocking fee can be as low as 10%.

Your reorder must be placed prior to your credit being processed. If you wish to reorder right away, reference will be made to your return on your reorder to ensure that you receive the lower restocking fee. If you need to apply your credit to your reorder, you can do so; but we will need to receive the product and/or credit for the product before doing so.

If you wish to return a product but do not place a reorder, the restocking fee will be 20% - if returned within thirty (15) days of receipt of the product. If you return an original product, reorder a replacement and then return the replacement product, you will be assessed a 30% restocking fee for the return of the reorder.

Exchange Policy: We do not exchange product. If you have ordered the wrong product, you will need to get a RA# to return the product and you will need to re-order the correct product. You may be subject to the restocking fee's stated above in the Return Policy.

Custom Orders: Please make sure you order the correct size as we cannot be responsible for mistakes or errors. No Refunds on custom orders and please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Service Plans: You may cancel the Service Plan at anytime. When you purchase a Service Plan you authorize RememberTheFilter.com to charge your credit card every 90 days when we ship out your new filter. You will not be charged until you filter has shipped. At anytime RememberTheFilter.com may cancel your service plan, or send comparable or better filters as replacements. Service Plans will be noted in the item description. Most of the products we carry are not offered with Service Plans. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.

Shipping: The lead time does vary from product to product based on stock on hand. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact us.

Cancel Order: All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, if you cancel after 24 hours of placing your order you will be subject to the 20% restocking fee and have to ship the item back to us after you receive it. If you choose to cancel your order after the first 24 hours we will not charge your card unless we don't receive the product back to us within two weeks. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. Once again we encourage all customers to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order to assure you don't have to go through this headache as it doesn't benefit any of the parties involved.

RA#: When it is necessary to return a product, please contact us via e-mail prior to doing so. All returns, regardless of how they were shipped or where they were shipped from must be referenced by an RA# (Return Authorization Number).

Items returned without an RA# may be set aside until we hear from the customer OR even refused delivery entirely. We process a large volume of orders weekly, and subsequently receive a sizable number of returns mainly due to customers ordering the wrong size. If not referenced by an RA#, a returned package will need to be researched so that the customer can be contacted regarding the return. This results in higher overhead, higher prices, and delays the processing of credit. This system is necessary to ensure that you receive proper credit in a timely fashion.

When you contact us via e-mail requesting an RA# to return a product, we will either issue the RA# at that time, or contact the warehouse that it shipped from and request that one be issued. If we need to receive the RA# from another warehouse, we will let you know by forwarding the information to you along with shipping instructions as soon as we receive it from them. The instructions for return must be followed carefully.

Once the product has been received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and you will be credited for the returned product less the applicable restocking fee and original shipping and processing charges

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. If a reorder is placed for a similar (as well as costing close to the same amount of the original) product, the restocking fee can be lowered to 10%. Please note that if for some reason the reorder must be returned, the restocking fee for the reorder will be 30%.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a restocking fee. We have a standard restocking fee of 20% on all returned items. If you wish to return a product but do not place a reorder, the restocking fee will be 20%. If a reorder is placed for a different size or similar product, the restocking fee can be lowered from 15% to 10%.

Please note that if for some reason the reorder must be returned, the restocking fee for the return of the reorder will be at least 30%. Also, items returned after 15 days are subject to a higher restocking fee or may not be returnable at all. We will let you know our decision when we respond to your request.

There is substantial cost in processing orders and shipping products. There is also cost in returning products; messages must be answered, RA#'s issued, products received and restocked, paperwork processed and mailed, etc. For this reason, we adhere strictly to our Return Policy.
