What's the cost of shipping?

Most items ship for the flat rate fee of only $6.99. You can also visit the shopping cart page and enter your zip code to get a rate quote before entering checkout. We strive to provide the lowest possible shipping cost for our customers. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

Do in-stock items ship before my custom order or out-of-stock items?

Orders that contain both in-stock and out-of-stock items or custom sizes will be held until all items are available to ship together.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

At this time we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes or accept C.O.D. transactions.

Is there a way to look up my order on your site?

Yes, at RememberTheFilter.com you can visit the track order page and enter your confirmation number that you are given during checkout. This allows you to view the current status of your order and all tracking information.

What shipping methods do you offer?

You can choose from the following shipping methods for most items:

1 Day Air*

*At this time we only offer Standard UPS Ground and/or FedEx Ground when ordering online. For express shipping quotes please contact us.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship to Canada?

RememberTheFilter.com ships to the lower 48 States. For an order to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada you must fill out the FAX/Mail-in order form and contact us for a shipping quote.

Please Note: Make sure that you accurately enter your complete shipping address when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses (including leaving off suite or apartment numbers) will delay the delivery of your shipment. Many shipping carriers impose an address correction charge on all shipments that require correction. You will be charged for any fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

*Some items may have a higher flat rate shipping cost then what is listed in the chart. This is due to the large volume (length x width x depth) of the package and the cost that is associated with it.

**At RememberTheFilter.com we do our very best to get all orders out as quickly as possible, if your order is not in-stock at the time of your purchase we will do our very best to expedite it. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders to ship. Please Note: Not all items are available in stock if displayed on the site, please contact us if you have concerns.
